If you'd like to continue after the agreed end time, an upfront payment will be required before the extended coverage begins all the packages will end at 00:00. This has an exception for morning weddings contact us for exact details.
2. When do we arrive? Our team typically arrives several hours before the scheduled start time to set up and ensure everything is ready for seamless coverage. This timing allows us to handle any unforeseen issues and ensures everything runs smoothly
3. Is the ceremony and canapés coverage included? Yes, ceremony and canapés coverage is typically included in our standard packages
4. Is music included in the package? Yes, music is included in all our standard packages
5. Do you cover other parts of the event? Yes, we offer comprehensive event coverage, including pre-event preparations, the main event, and any post-event activities as needed. Let us know your specific requirements so we can accommodate them

7. How far in advance should we book? We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date, as availability can be limited, especially during peak seasons
8. Do you travel to different locations? Yes, we are happy to travel to your event location. Additional travel fees may apply for destinations outside our standard service area
9. What is your cancellation policy? All bookings are non-refundable. Please ensure your event details are confirmed before securing our services

12. What if we need additional time during the event? If you would like to continue our services beyond the agreed end time, an upfront payment will be required before the extended coverage begins. Please let us know as soon as possible during the event to make arrangement
